Racing philosophy
The management of the "ski to snow" contact governs the performance. From this fact ensues 3 fundamentals: " the pressure control, the line and the slide" There are 3 invariable body movements which determine these 3 fundamentals: "the leaning, the rotations and the load" We teach the performance skills based on these 3 fundamentals, and offer training drills according to each category. All these actions, executed with the right timing, will generate your peak performance.
Humans are ternary beings: The head, the heart, the body. One's performance is: mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. Remember that nature invented pleasure, to guide us towards fulfilling our needs... So learning and training are far more powerful when there is pleasure. Feelings are mainly visual, kinaesthetic, and emotional. Feelings are not innate and can be taught. Feelings and actions produce emotions. Emotions are what we feel with our senses. The sum of our emotions is our experience. Our experience influences our decisions. We can say that psychomotricity is the basis of skiing.
